Their website is very informative and really helped me with my choice of heater. The product, Shadow II 2 ULG really is the best in its class.I ordered in the morning and the product was with me next day.They even applied the fittings on the extension cable.What a delightful company to deal with.

Had a slight problem at first in sorting order but resolved brilliantly by excellent customer service.Bought a shadow 11 with a tilt stand and tested them today.The materials are first class, solid and easy to assemble.Look elegant and heat effectively.Highly recommend.

I bought a Shadow under parasol heater from heat-outdoors. I absolutely love it, it has a brilliant heat output. We have been sat out this weekend with my elderly mother & family having a few wines and the heater kept us lovely and warm.I have to thank Rachel for the most amazing customer service too. We ordered a Santini outdoor heater in November due for delivery in December, sadly the shipment got lost but this wonderful company offered us a generous discount for when the heater would be available again. It arrived yesterday and it’s perfect. Easy to put together and looks so stylish too. We’re thrilled with it and can’t recommend Heat Outdoor enough. They kept us well informed of our order from day one. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Great company to buy from, purchased a London gas lamp patio heater excellent performance. Also purchased a santini flame heater, they had some problems with a delivery but always kept us informed and refunded our payment immediately. I received the santini heater this week at a special price due to the delay. We have owned a Heat Outdoors Shadow II patio heater for the past three years and it has been absolutely brilliant. However, back in early December we realised that during our house move we had mislaid the remote control. I contacted Heat Outdoors and spoke with Rachel (General Manager). She said they were currently out of stock but to call back mid-January when new stock should be in, and she would arrange to send a replacement free of charge. I called Rachel again last Friday morning and the new stock had literally just arrived in. She got straight on the case for us, emailed me Friday afternoon to say that replacement was being sent out, and the very next day (Saturday morning) it duly arrived, and free of charge as promised. I fully expected to have to pay for a replacement handset, so to get it free, and processed and delivered so promptly was absolutely first class customer service and I could not be more pleased. So huge thanks to Heat Outdoors, and to Rachel in particular for looking after an existing customer so well....it makes such a refreshing change in these weird times...

I have purchased three infrared heaters in the last few months from Heat Outdoors. The service, delivery and price was excellent. I had an issue with the bluetooth component on one of the shadow heaters . Response to my email was quick by Rachel and her warehouse manager Martin who arranged for the heater to be picked up and assesed. I followed up a week later and was advised that it would be replaced with a new heater. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with . Very glad that they stand by the products they sell and will be very happy to purchase more products in the future.5 Stars

The delivery of this item to the UK was delayed several times due to circumstances beyond their control but they kept in touch. No doubt they had some cancellations during this period but I am pleased that I stuck with it as I am delighted with the product. Good luck to them for the future.

I bought a Santini Patio Heater. Pre ordered in October. Good and frequent email updates regarding delivery and port conditions for entry into UK culminated in delivery on 18 December. But calamity when the glass tube broke. The sales team, Rachel Ciara and Gracie, organised a replacement and it was delivered on 22nd. Fantastic product and unbelievable customer service. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
